Referral agencies identify families and individuals who may need our support and then refer them to us. You will be asked to come into the Food Bank in Foundry Court in Manningtree on a Tuesday morning between 10am and 12 noon to complete a referral form. We will then give you a food parcel. If it is really not possible for you to come to Foundry Court, we will deliver the food parcel to you and you can complete the referral form then. You can also telephone the Food Bank number in the daytime especially in an emergency and/or come to see us in person on a Tuesday at Foundry Court between 10am and 12 noon. You will be able to have a chat with Peabody about benefits and other financial assistance. Clients can receive a food parcel 3 times within a 6 month period (although we are flexible in some cases when clients need further emergency help).
