Referral agencies identify families and individuals who need our support and issue a voucher entitling them to a food parcel. You can also telephone the Food Bank number in the daytime especially in an emergency and/or come along to see us in person on a Tuesday at Foundry Court from 10am to 12 noon. You will be able to have a chat with PEABODY or someone from the Food Bank, who should be able to issue you with a voucher and we will then provide food for you.  Clients can receive a food parcel 3 times within a 6 month period (although we are flexible in some cases when clients need further help).
